Small Group Training

Experience the expertise and personalized attention of a Personal Trainer in a group setting! In a Small Group you will work out with a group of no more than 8, of a similar fitness level to accomplish a specific goal. This fun and affordable option for those who enjoy working out with others.

Buddy Training

If One on One training isn’t for you, we also offer Personal Training for groups of 2!
